Now for most who are playing volleyball competitively and those who indulge in the odd recreational venture onto court, we're all aware that sometimes you get a bit wound up. It might not be your fault that you hit the ball ten bricks up the back wall or you were just in the wrong place at the right time but every little piece, mistake, unforced error, ridiculous decision etc.. adds to you being wound up to the nth degree.

It seems to suggest that you are giving advice on relaxation techniques - the man who carries rubber bands in his sports bag to inflict pain on himself, as opposed to punching a wall. That well known technique that is used by phsychiatrists to stop self harmers, from cutting their wrists.
