The old knee supports have gone to support heaven, enter the latest addition to my kit bag. Having suffered the rigours of concrete floors (fair while back now) and weekly impact training, it's no surprise that my knees have taken a bit of a pounding. Although pain killers, anti inflammatories and physio visits have helped to keep me upright this latest purchase is an absolute god send, I just wish I'd bought them before.
I sought some advice from Nick at Sportset and decided that the rucanor diamond support would do the trick. Although you look as if you should be an extra in a Terminator sequel, it really does work wonders. Not a twinge throughout last nights session and miraculously no pains this morning either. Hooray!
So, for anyone else who suffers from knee problems then get your hands one of these and you'll be jumping round the court like you used to. Cheers Buddha
