Season 2008/2009 was the season that found our first division team struggle to compete. On paper, the squad was awesome, unfortunately family & work commitements took it's toll week after week and the boys were unable to train as a unit and hence their match day performances suffered.
At the end of the season a decision was taken not to go back into division one as it was felt there was not enough depth to compete and it would have been unfair on other teams who could better service the division.
Where are they now? Lars is taking a year out, Riddle & Radek are off to City of Edinburgh, Artur is away back to Poland, Michal is away back to Czec, Matt is in America for a year, Chris is working hard as a doctor, George is still here but looking another PHd to do and Findlay has just become a dad but is now playing division 2.
