NUVOC III play in the highly competitive league of Division 3. The team is composed of experience and youth (emphasis being on experience).

NUVOC III train on Thursday evenings at the Crags Sports Centre from 8pm-10pm. A combination of individual skills development, squad drills and fitness make these sessions enjoyable but also a bit tough sometimes. .. guaranteed to get you fitter though.
